"Project Paterson" is a Club Under the Direction of Ms. Mahaffey. The Club Collected and Delivered Over 1600 Toys to Paterson.

Project Paterson is an amazing community service club at Pascack Hills High School.  The club has really grown the past couple of years in terms of the number of students that want to participate; in addition, the types of activities that we do have branched out as well.  We work very closely with the Community Charter School of Paterson and the New Jersey Community Development Corporation (NJCDC), which are both based in Paterson, New Jersey.  Our most recent Project Paterson event was the Toy Drive.  Last year Hills students collected 893 toys (an incredible number).  So this year we decided to set our goal a little higher—we were hoping to collect at least 1,000 toys.  Based on a count that we did yesterday we collected a record number of toys—1,606 toys and still counting.  The Toy Drive is only a success because of the students and staff at Pascack Hills, without their support we would not have been able to reach our goal.  The organization that we work with in Paterson truly appreciates all of our donations.
